If you’re new here — hi 👋 we’re the husband-and-wife team who took a slightly unhinged leap one year ago.

We sold our Tucson home, packed up our renovation biz, and moved to the coolest little fixer-upper near the Hualapai Mountains to chase the dream:

Did we downsize by nearly 1,000 sqft?

We realized we haven’t properly introduced ourselves since making the big move from Tucson, so here’s the scoop:

We’re Dustin & Autumn, the husband-and-wife team behind This & That Contracting Services. We’ve been partners in life since 2009, proud parents of three amazing adult kids, and soon-to-be grandparents! 👶❤️

Our business started in Tucson in 2021, and after three incredible years, we took a leap of faith — sold our home, packed up shop, and moved across the state to chase our dream. That dream? A cute little A-frame with land near the Hualapai Mountains.

Dustin, once an A&P Mechanic in aviation, found his true calling in residential renovations & custom home improvements. Me? I’m Autumn — the behind-the-scenes multitasker, project wrangler, and occasional job-site sidekick.
